Listen to former NFL player Greg Jennings join The Odd Couple with Chris Broussard and Rob Parker and discuss how he helped protect his wife’s store in Minnesota from looters in the wake of George Floyd’s death last week while in police custody.

Protests have raged on across the country when a video of Floyd’s killing went viral, and a number of those demonstrations turning violent and destructive, with local businesses being robbed, broken into, and even some burned down.

Check out the audio above as Jennings details how he put himself on the front lines of the of the protests in Minnesota, the backdrop of Floyd’s killing and grown zero of the demonstrations, and prevented any vandals from destroying his wife’s store.

Jennings spent 10 seasons in the NFL on the Packers, Vikings, and Dolphins, and went to two Pro Bowls in 2010 and 2011 while a member of the Green Bay Packers. He concluded his career with 8,291 receiving yards and 64 touchdown receptions.
