NWS Confirms Salisbury Tornado Touchdown

According to 47 ABC, the National Weather Service confirmed that the nasty weather seen in Salisbury yesterday was indeed "an EF1 tornado with winds at 100-105 mph." The storm did significant damage to areas on the south side of Salisbury, specifically to the area surrounding Hopper's Tap House across from the university. Security footage in the video below shows the tornado picking up vehicles and tossing them across the parking lot. The tap house remained closed on Monday to assess damages, but reopened to the public on Tuesday.
